Clients are responsible for data backups and compliance with industry regulations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per contractual agreements.

Termination before project completion may result in partial or full service fees being due.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming, United States.

11. Amendments
